REFUNDS
At Skinderella, we strive to provide the best customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the following policy for returns and refunds.
Full Refunds:
Full refunds will be provided for unused products returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging and condition. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Partial Refunds:
Due to the nature of our products, which are related to skin care, and under certain circumstances partial refunds of 50% will be provided for products that have been used. The buyer is also responsible for the cost of return shipping.
